Stephanie Braye is an integral part of Phase 4 Plastic Surgery. Her patient-friendly management skills keep the practice running smoothly, from managing the front office to ensuring the seamless flow of patient procedures.
Stephanie is a graduate of Norfolk State University, where she pursued a dual major in music and chemistry. She continued her studies in Vienna, Austria, and achieved her Master of Science in Chemistry from Hampton University. Prior to joining Phase 4, Stephanie worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency, GlaxoSmithKline, and Johnson & Johnson as a Chemist.
Stephanie's dedication to her community is evident in her volunteer work mentoring students and aiding them in their future academic pursuits. Stephanie's passion lies in providing an exceptional patient experience, and she cherishes the relationships she develops with each patient at Phase 4.

Do you want to achieve flawless skin? Meet Pamela Green, an experienced licensed aesthetician and aesthetics instructor with over 20 years of experience. She is passionate about skincare and aims to educate her patients about it.
She holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Aquinas College and has worked as a make-up consultant for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, where she had the privilege of working with various celebrities. As a senior aesthetic instructor at The Paul Mitchell School, Pamela shared her knowledge with aspiring aestheticians.
Today, she is the premier aesthetician at Phase 4 Plastic Surgery, where she can help you achieve all your skincare goals. Pamela believes that skincare is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and she explores different options to help each patient achieve their unique needs. Emily Ortiz

Emily Ortiz dedicates every day to making each patient feel genuinely cared for and enjoys seeing patient transformation. Emily began her career early, taking vocational medical classes in the health and sciences for two years while still in high school. Her strong sense of self and clear sense of what she wanted, coupled with an intense devotion to helping others, provided a clear path for her to pursue a career in service in the medical field after she graduated. Emily continued her studies after high school and graduated as a Medical Assistant from Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT). Upon completing her training, Emily began an intensive internship as a Medical Assistant under the guidance of Dr. Peebles, becoming part of the back-office team at Phase 4 Plastic Surgery in 2018.
Today, with her training, she leads and performs treatments with our medical-grade devices, including micro channeling, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, and face peels, among other treatments, and assists with in-house surgeries.
